We help foster sustainable development, empowering communities and promoting equity and resilience through learning-oriented and evidence-based approaches.

Key responsibilities for both Principal Consultant and Lead Principal positions include:

• Project Delivery: Leading and managing complex projects such as evaluations, co-design processes, and design methodologies, while ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.
• Business Development: Engaging in activities to build and sustain profitable business relationships, including developing proposals and exploring partnership opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing complex stakeholder engagements to positively impact clients' businesses.

Expertise Development: Continuously building knowledge and expertise by attending events, networking, and staying informed about sector developments to keep Clear Horizon at the forefront of innovation.

• Financial Management: Contributing to project profitability through accurate pricing and setting financial targets to ensure the business group maintains its profit margins.
• People Management: Leading, motivating, and developing a team of consultants to build capability, foster a positive culture, and deliver results collaboratively.

While both roles share similar core responsibilities, the Lead Principal also focuses on identifying market opportunities through networks and maintaining a public profile to drive business growth.

About you
