Community Information and Support Glen Eira (CIS Glen Eira), a branch of CISVic, is calling for passionate individuals to make a meaningful impact in our community. As a not-for-profit organisation, we dedicate ourselves to providing essential services such as information, referral, advocacy, and support to those in need. Our efforts connect people with local volunteer opportunities, fostering a sense of belonging and community.

We are looking for a dynamic Community Support Team Leader to work with the Branch Coordinator to support the operations and volunteer-led service delivery at CIS Glen Eira. This role is pivotal in overseeing a range of critical services, including emergency relief programs, counseling, No Interest Loans, casework, energy assistance, education support, and Tax Help. Your support will ensure these services are delivered with compassion and efficiency.

In this 12-month fixed term position, you'll work 22.5 hours a week over 3 to 4 days, offering the perfect balance of flexibility and commitment. Reporting to the Branch Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in recruiting, training, and supporting our dedicated volunteers while overseeing the Volunteers of Glen Eira program.
