City of Ballarat are seeking to employ a suitably qualified early years professional within the Supported Playgroup program. The program is delivered via phone and online platforms, within identified venues and/or within family homes.
Supported Playgroups funded by DFFH aim to achieve the following outcomes:
Supported Playgroup Facilitators, under the supervision and with the Supported Playgroup Team Leader, are responsible for the delivery of the Smalltalk program in Supported playgroups and, more intensively, through in-home or one-on-one support for eligible families.
The successful candidate will ideally have the relevant qualifications and experience in delivering the following objectives:
