Are you seeking to make a positive difference in lives of young children and work within a dedicated team of vibrant professionals? Do you want to work to reduce barriers to access to Kindergarten and Early Learning for vulnerable and disadvantaged children? We are seeking a committed Family Support Worker to work with our team at Connie Benn Early Learning Centre.
This role focuses on the safety, stability and development of vulnerable children in Yarra, by providing necessary supports that will enable families to access our high-quality Kindergarten and Early Learning programs. As a member of the Children's Services Team, you will work with early childhood professionals to identify, engage and support children and families that have multiple and complex needs, and are experiencing barriers to access by undertaking a range of case management interventions to empower Yarra families to reach their potential.
