About the role

The Administration Officer – Products provides high levels of service to our customers, by answering queries (phone and email inbox), process applications and renewals, and customer relationship management (CRM) data entry.

The role works closely with the Products team and other departments to ensure a high service level is maintained and is a key part of the operations team supporting key operating processes for designers and installers.

This is a full-time, 9-month temporary (parental leave cover) position working 76 hours per fortnight (1 FTE).

About you

We're looking for someone who has demonstrated knowledge and experience in administrative and customer service-based roles.

Additionally, you will:

  • Possess 1 - 2 years’ experience in a customer service-based role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing work tasks and deliver key work priorities.
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to problem solve.
