Provide answers to the following questions in a document without your name in the document or as part of the file name. Ideally, your responses to each question will be half-to-one page long:
Question 1: If appointed to this role, how would you approach your first month to hit the ground running and ensure the smooth running of the organisation?
Question 2: If appointed to the role, how can FCA support you to succeed?
