- Provide a response to the role Competencies and Attributes, with up to one paragraph per item.
- Provide answers to the following questions in a document without your name in the document or as part of the file name. Ideally, your responses to each question will be half a page long:
Question 1: If appointed to this role, how would you approach your first month to hit the ground running and ensure the smooth running of the organisation?
Question 2: FCA recently adjusted our policy to enable corporate partnerships. Please briefly outline who you would approach to partner with FCA, risks to manage, and what a partnership would entail.
