About the role:

As the Supporter Activation Manager, you'll be the key to deepening our supporters' connection with our mission. You’ll create compelling experiences, content, and actions that engage, inspire, and empower our community to take climate action. You’ll lead initiatives that give our supporters hope and confidence, showing that their involvement is making a difference.

You’ll:

  1. Develop and deliver our supporter experience strategy to inspire action, increase loyalty, and boost lifetime value.
  2. Create compelling content such as emails, reports, and webinars that highlight the real-world impact of our work.
  3. Run innovative digital campaigns, community fundraising events, and peer-to-peer programs.
  4. Collaborate with a passionate digital fundraising team to design unique pathways for supporters to connect with and contribute to our mission.

This is a permanent full time role working 38 hours a week, with the ability to work outside of normal business hours as required.We are open to flexible work options, let us know how you like to work.

Who you are:

  • A Storyteller: You have exceptional copywriting skills and can craft messages that resonate and move people to act.
  • A Strategic Thinker: You know how to create and execute powerful digital campaigns that inspire support and drive change.
  • A Team Player: Collaboration is at the heart of everything you do, and you thrive on building strong relationships with your team and supporters alike.
  • Results-Driven: You’re motivated by impact and know how to track, optimise, and drive successful performance.

Your experience includes:

  • 3+ years experience in Campaigning, Fundraising or Marketing
  • Working in a for-purpose setting, preferably with a climate-focus
  • Writing for a range of audiences and managing high performing eDM programs
  • Managing digital acquisition campaigns
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
