Support Person, and Community Connector in Burton - 5 hours every Saturday.

I am a young man living with my family in Burton, eager to build connections and engage in meaningful roles in my local community. I enjoy bowling, music, hiking, hosting parties, and cooking BBQs at gatherings. I am passionate about helping others, contributing to my community and caring for the environment through recycling. One day, I hope to have a place of my own to call home.

I am looking for someone to support me to go for a hike every Saturday, and help me become familiar with my local community.

I can be spontaneous but I do best when I have consistent, predictable and trusted support, who does not judge or make assumptions.

I am seeking someone to support me for 5 hours on Saturdays 11:00am – 4:00pm, and, potentially a weekday evening once we get to know each other.

The role commences at level 2.1 casual rate of $41.76 per hour, Saturday loading apply (i.e., $58.47 per hour).

• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• A current NDIS Worker Check
• First Aid Certificate
