Are you passionate about supporting community media and helping broadcasters gain access to high-quality training? Do you thrive in a coordinated, people-focused role where you can facilitate meaningful learning experiences? The Community Media Training Organisation (CMTO) is looking for a Pathways Coordinator to oversee training pathways, coordinate resources, and enhance engagement across Australia’s community broadcasting sector.
CMTO is a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and charity that provides accessible, innovative, and inclusive training for community broadcasters. We work with Indigenous, multilingual, religious, disability, ethnic, and regional groups to strengthen their presence in Australia’s media landscape.
As Pathways Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing CMTO’s training pathways, supporting trainers, and ensuring effective communication with community radio and television stations, trainers, and numerous and diverse partner organisations across Australia.
