CNLC offers nationally recognised training, pre-accredited training, creativity and well-being programs, and a wide range of community development activities. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Adult Educator to teach several ACFE-funded courses in a rewarding part-time role during school terms in 2025. If you can only commit to one or two of these courses, please still apply and make it clear in your application which specific class or classes you can do.
This part-time position involves teaching a mix of engaging and impactful courses designed to empower learners and build confidence:
Wednesdays, 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
23 April – 10 December 2025
Fridays, 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
2 May – 19 September 2025
Tuesdays, 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
11 February – 9 December 2025
Thursdays:
Literacy Pathways: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Alive and Active (including our Community Lunch): 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
13 February – 03 April 2025
We are looking for someone with (at least one of the below):
A teaching background or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
Experience delivering ACFE-funded courses or pre-accredited training programs
A strong understanding of working with people with disabilities and low literacy skills
A passion for education, community engagement, and empowering disadvantaged learners
