The Cancer Nurses Society of Australia is the professional association for cancer nurses with over 2,000 members nationally. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing and Partnerships Manager to join our team, initially in a 12-month parental leave cover capacity, with potential to become permanent. The role is part-time, with flexibility for either 0.6 or 0.8 time (3 or 4 days per week).

This position will suit an individual who can work autonomously and has the capacity to work from home with support from a fully remote workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase awareness of CNSA's offerings.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Identify and engage potential partners to support CNSA initiatives.
• Oversee sponsorship programs and partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and partnership efforts.
• Lead brand management initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets and performance analytics.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years’ marketing and partnership management experience.
