The Centre for Non-Violence (CNV) is a leading and innovative specialist Family Violence organisation based in the Loddon area, with a vision of gender and social equality for all. We are a not-for-profit values-based organisation which supports intersectional feminist principles.
The role of Safety & Risk Officer will support, develop and maintain a consistent health, safety, risk and compliance culture across our organisation. The role will work closely with key stakeholders to support programs of work that enhance the physical and psychological safety of staff.
By bringing your passion for safety and your expert understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks, you will enhance the delivery of safe systems of work, improve psychological safety, and support our work environment enabling our staff to thrive.
