About the role
As a Receptionist/Administration Officer you will be responsible for greeting all customers and providing high quality service standards that are responsive to the needs of service users and the wider community. The role provides administrative support to internal programs and staff, and supports the delivery of Corporate Services functions.
The key expected job outcomes of this position are to:
- Work individually and cooperatively within a mixed team on a variety of tasks to achieve work area outcomes
- Be accountable for the smooth operations of the day to day reception and administrative functions of the organisation while delivering a quality service to staff and customers.
About you
Key to your success, and the key selection criteria for this role, is your:
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service provision
- High level computer skills and extensive experience using Microsoft Office and database products
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate with staff at all levels
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated understanding of the maintenance of confidentiality and integrity.
The qualifications required for this position are:
- Certificate III or higher in Business or Administration
- Experience working in community health sector an advantage.
