The Student Wellbeing and Inclusion Group lead the provision of services to support the welfare and wellbeing of students. The Group works proactively to remove barriers and provide support to students who may be at risk of not being able to access or successfully complete their tertiary study.
As a member of the Safer Community team, you will provide a supportive intake service in response to student disclosures of experiences of sexual harm, threatening or inappropriate behaviour. The role also involves engagement with students who may be exhibiting behaviours of concern and addressing these through the appropriate avenues within the University and externally. You will provide brief, solution focussed support will be provided to students who access the Safer Community Service.
