The Lead Coordinator will support the delivery of DFFH Graduate Resource Centre and other projects to grow the evidence base on the challenges facing the social service workforce. The Lead Coordinator will contribute to the design and delivery of initiatives to grow and develop the workforce and projects to measure the outcomes and impact of new approaches to workforce development.
The Lead Coordinator will be responsible for a range of project activities including line management of a team of Coordinators, designing project methodologies, developing project plans, designing and supporting external stakeholder engagement activities and report writing for a complex project with many components.
Please Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children and National Police Check.
WIDI was established in 2016 to work with government, the social service sector, and the education system to respond to the challenges all Governments were facing in developing the workforce our social services system needs to meet current and future demands.
