Do you want to make a positive impact on the lives of our aged and frail community members so they can live independently at home and enhance their quality of life?

In this busy and varied role as Home Support Team Leader – Wellness and Support, you will lead our Home Support staff in the provision of quality in-home aged care services.

You will ensure that the service is responsive to the needs of the clients within the Commonwealth Home Support Services guidelines and meets the aged care quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you will have knowledge of the Commonwealth Home Support Services, with experience in service negotiation and direct delivery of Home Support Services, together with leadership, communication, team work and time management skills.

A satisfactory police records check, evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status and a drivers licence is required for this position.
