The cohealth School Readiness Funding program (SRF) delivers outreach services to designated kindergartens within the following local government areas: Melbourne, Maribyrnong, Moonee Valley, Hobson's Bay and Wyndham. The team builds the capacity of educators and families to promote Communication (language, literacy and numeracy); Wellbeing (social, emotional and executive function), and Access, Inclusion and Participation.
The SRF team offers many opportunities to work collaboratively with other Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists in the team as well as working closely with educators, teachers and families.

All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC), a Working With Children Check (WWCC), complete a Pre-Employment Declaration Form, evidence of legal rights to work in Australia, and evidence of immunisation.
Successful applicants will be required to provide evidence of immunisation assessment including Influenza within 12 weeks of commencement [B]. This is in accordance with the Victorian Minister of Health Mandatory Vaccination Orders and legislated requirement for influenza vaccination.
