About the role

The Senior Manager - Growth and Impact plays a critical role in driving cohealth's strategic growth initiatives.This role is responsible for leading business development efforts, securing funding opportunities, and supporting the organisation's sustainability and impact. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder relations and/or philanthropy skills, and a passion for innovation in community health and well-being.

Your duties include:

  • Lead the development and implementation of cohealth's growth strategy and targets
  • Monitor trends, policy changes, and emerging opportunities in the healthcare and community services sectors
  • Lead the development and implementation of cohealth's strategic stakeholder engagement strategy
  • Lead, inspire and manage a high-performing team to deliver on growth and impact objectives, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Our ideal candidate:

  • A tertiary qualification in business, economics, marketing or other relevant degree and extensive experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful growth strategies that align with organisational goals
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to deliver growth and business development
  • Ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence
