WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A Case Manager who loves to work with families experiencing risk of homelessness or losing their tenancy.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

The position provides intake, assessment, casework and support services including referrals. Duties include the provision of information, advice, referral, advocacy and case planning and management to support families at risk of homelessness, targeting supports around tenancy sustainment and long term secure housing.

WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH

Reporting into the Coordinator of Sustaining Tenancies, you will work alongside and in collaboration with our dynamic & ever growing Sustaining Tenancy Team.
