About the Sustaining Tenancies Service

Communify’s Sustaining Tenancies program is funded by Queensland Department of Housing. The program supports people who may be at risk of losing their tenancy and those moving out of homelessness to a new to maintain a new tenancy where. We provide both case management, personalised support and practical assistance to help people stay housed.

About the role

• Leadership role managing a highly motivated large team
• Coordinate wrap-around services tailored to individual client's needs
• High level of stakeholder engagement
• Provide leadership & mentoring in the delivery of a highly responsive, assertive outreach, person-centred psychosocial support service that reduces stress & improves the wellbeing of participants

Role criteria

• Relevant tertiary qualification in social services or similar
• Extensive experience in the human services sector is mandatory
• Demonstrated leadership experience essential
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills essential
