Skills & experience

Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work or Human Services and technical knowledge and practical work experience in mental health and psychosocial disability, social work, community services, or related field

• Knowledge of NDIS Legislative Framework and Support Coordination Processes
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, with initiative and judgement and as part of a team
• At least 2 years’ experience in Community Services, in particular mental health is essential
• Demonstrated ability to assess, develop, implement and evaluate flexible and innovative responses to supporting individuals in a community context
