We are seeking a proactive and energetic Recruitment Consultant to join our National team. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager you will work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team to support our services across Calvary.
Coordinating the end to end talent acquisition process across all roles within your designated portfolio as well as working on and participating in talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement activities. Your role will be responsible for enhancing the recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers as well as coordinating the use and engagement of Recruitment Agencies for temporary staff.
As the Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for upholding best practice for talent acquisition and ensuring compliance and recruitment policy and legislation while ensuring Calvary attracts and selects the highest quality employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline for future recruitment both internal and external.
