Community Living Association is a charitable organisation that was formed in 1989. CLA works with people with intellectual and cognitive disabilities to enable them to achieve their maximum potential as members of society, young people in the care of Child Safety who are self-placing and / or transitioning from care, and young people at risk of homelessness. We provide short and long-term ongoing holistic individual casework, facilitating groups and engaging in projects and community work.

CLA is seeking an experienced Financial Manager (at least 5 years) who has detailed knowledge of working in the not-for-profit sector.

Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CPA or MBA preferred.

This is a full-time permanent position (38 hours/week), with a 6 month probation period. Remuneration is at a SCHADS Level 6 - 7 depending on experience (Social and Community Services Pay Scales).
