About the role

Provides case management and community support to parents/carers based on parenting and life skills including case management, assessments, and advocacy and parenting support. The position works in partnership with an Aboriginal Family Support Worker in providing a range of interventions that aim to improve outcomes for children that focus on parents/carers.
