The Continence Foundation of Australia (the Foundation) is a not-for-profit organisation and the national peak body for incontinence prevention, management, education, awareness, information and advocacy.
The Foundation’s vision is ‘an Australian community free of the stigma and restrictions of all aspects of incontinence across the lifespan’. We aim for this through research, advocacy, solutions, consumer education and professional development.
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The purpose of the role of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to:
Coming from a similar role, ideally in the not-for-profit industry, you will have had experience in an in-bound call environment, be adaptable, and have a true desire to help others. The Foundation supports a person-centred, empathetic approach in all we do.
