The Continence Foundation of Australia (the Foundation) is a not-for-profit organisation and the national peak body for incontinence prevention, management, education, awareness, information and advocacy.
The Foundation’s vision is ‘an Australian community free of the stigma and restrictions of all aspects of incontinence across the lifespan’. We aim for this through research, advocacy, solutions, consumer education and professional development.
In order to support our team in achieving our vision, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team.
The HR Manager is responsible for supporting the Foundation’s team by effectively managing people processes and policies and by providing sound employee relations advice.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is a stand-alone position and offered on a permanent, part-time basis (30.4 hours per week).
Day to day, the HR Manager will be involved in activities that span the employee lifecycle, but not limited to;
Coming from a similar role, ideally in the not-for-profit industry, you will bring with you expertise in general human resource management, along with relevant further studies and education in HR or a related discipline.
