Convenience Advertising (CA) is a specialist media and advertising agency and a leader in the delivery of narrowcast advertising solutions to Australian and international organisations.

CA has an established network of 3,000+ venue partners where we deliver targeted messaging via static and digital formats within the venue restrooms areas. We proudly work on important public health matters including but not limited to responsible gambling, road safety, alcohol-fuelled violence, domestic violence and COVID-19.

Our advertising is maintained and reported on fortnightly via a national network of Maintenance Officers (MO's) and the data compiled and presented via the purpose designed database and management software, Convenience Advertising Ad Management System (CAAMS).

Reporting to the General Manager, the newly created role of Campaign Manager has been created to manage the campaign delivery of all Convenience Advertising campaign bookings from end to end, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery and the efficient and economical distribution and utilisation of program resources.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receive all Operations Briefs from the sales and account management teams;
  • Plan and coordinate the program resources for all campaigns detailed within the Operations Briefs;
  • Establish campaign plans using bespoke software including the Convenience Advertising Ad Management System (CAAMS);
  • Provide campaign plans to the assigned Account Manager prior to installation and follow-up with post campaign reports;
  • Work with Account Managers on out of scope briefs and projects, negotiating terms where required to achieve broader business goals;
  • Ensure all campaign requirements are delivered by working with the operations team to ensure the on-ground installation and maintenance activities are completed as per the instruction; and
  • Pro-actively troubleshoot and problem solve.

About you:

  • Experience with the management and coordination of a campaign/program delivery (ideal);
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills;
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills;
  • Superior attention to detail;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline environment;
  • Team player who thrives working in a collaborative environment;
  • Open to learning new skills and training.

This role is full-time working in the office, in the heart of Fitzroy with a fun and collaborative team. There will be on-the-job training and the opportunity for career progression.
