Diginostic is Australia’s leading developer of health-related screening apps and technology solutions for medical professionals and organisations committed to preventing illness and chronic disease. Diginostic is part of the Convenience Advertising group of companies.

In partnership with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE), Diginostic is rolling-out the Federal Government-funded iCOPE perinatal mental health digital screening platform to public maternity health services in all states and territories. The world-first iCOPE digital screening tool helps identify new mothers at risk of anxiety and depression during pregnancy and the year after the baby’s birth.

The Client Service Consultant role will be pivotal in raising awareness among perinatal health professionals whilst managing the onboarding process for new users. Future projects will remain focused on providing health-relating screening apps for medical professional and organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to hospital and maternal and child health service contacts;
• Schedule and complete virtual demonstration meetings of the iCOPE screening platform;
• Schedule and complete follow-up calls, and virtual meetings;
• Complete Provisioning Fulfilment Request and Services Agreement documentation process with, and on behalf of, the health service;
• Complete operational, administrative and customer engagement support, as required;
• Conduct training with all hospital and maternal and child health services; and
• Accurately document and manage client databases (e.g., hospital contacts and services).

Key Skills required:

• A genuine interest in public health and passion to impact clients’ health and well being;
• Positive attitude and a commitment to achieving individual and team goals;
• Time management and organisational skills, along with excellent attention to detail;
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
• Provision of client focused service with a friendly, engaging, and informative style;
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft suite and Apple Mac); and
• Experience working with healthcare professionals would be highly beneficial but is not essential.
