We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience. Candidate should have strong analytical skills and share our passion for making a difference to the health and wellbeing of communities across Australia, and internationally.

We partner with more than 3,200 venues around the country – including shopping centres, universities and TAFEs, airports, parent rooms, pubs, bars and clubs – to deliver effective, high impact awareness and behaviour change campaigns for our government, not-for-profit and commercial partners. About the role:

The Operations Marketing Specialist, based in Melbourne, is an important position within our operations team, ensuring public health campaigns are set up in full delivery and efficient to client satisfaction. We have a wide range of partners, including governments and health charities. These campaigns, covering issues such as mental health, alcohol and violence, drink driving, sexual health, and organ donation, are saving lives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the program resources for all campaign detailed within Operations Briefs to ensure all campaigns are planned ahead of time to be delivered on campaign start date in full, reach target demographic, build consumer awareness and client satisfaction
  • Responsible for pulling data on campaign activity including cardholder usage, QR code conversion rate, digital screen traction, and proof of posting back to the client and advise on future customer traction
  • Assist the sales and account teams in researching potential market demand and expansion of the business operations internationally including New Zealand, Asian, and American markets
    Assisting with installation and maintenance of public health campaigns as required

  • 2+ years of Marketing experience
