Your Role

As a key member of the Converse Therapy team, you’ll bring your expertise directly to clients, delivering therapy that makes a real impact. You’ll work with a wonderfully diverse mix of clients—both neurotypical and neurodiverse—supporting their ambitions. Every session you lead contributes to helping individuals thrive and grow in ways that matter most to them.

For This Position, We Offer

• Competitive Annual Income: $90,000 - $120,000
• Professional Development: $2,000 annual budget to support your growth
• Generous Leave: Six weeks of paid annual leave and two weeks of paid sick leave
• Travel Reimbursement: $1 per kilometre
• Relocation Bonus: Support to help you settle into your new role and location
