About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, proactive, passionate individual wanting to become a vital member of our organisation by delivering a range of high-level services to support members of Cerebral Palsy Alliance's senior leadership team. This position is permanent full time and is based at our Allambie Heights office on the Northern Beaches.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

  • Managing Executives' calendars
  • Attending meetings to minute notes and actions
  • Providing ad hoc executive administration services
  • Collating and analysing information and documentation to prepare for a range of high level events, meetings, reports, etc.
  • Troubleshooting and triaging Executive's IT and audio visual issues
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

About you:

  • 2-3 years' experience in an executive support role
  • Advanced interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude with the willingness to work independently and as part of a team
