About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced House Manager who is adept at operating at both a strategic and ground roots level to join our team. This role is varied, rewarding and challenging with responsibility for the complete management of a Group Home supporting people with disability . The role will include quality service delivery to our clients, staff support, liaising with families, incident reporting, rostering and stakeholder management.

About you:

  • Solid demonstrated experience managing an Accommodation services.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, as well as career & performance development of staff
  • Demonstrated experience supporting clients with physical disabilities, behavioural support and complex health support needs.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and cost-effective rostering practices;
  • Sound communication and customer service skills, where you will have past experience liaising with key stakeholders including families and multi-disciplinary teams;
  • Well-developed conflict resolution and highly enhanced negotiation skills;
