We're seeking a passionate, experienced leader to manage our day service centre in Sydney's North Shore. As Site Manager, you'll lead a team of disability support practitioners and team leaders, ensuring high-quality support and engaging programs for people with disabilities. You'll oversee service delivery, staff management, budget control, program implementation, and stakeholder relations.
The role is based in St Ives, with occasional travel to other sites in the Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches.
