Position Title: Field Organisers
Position Location: Perth, WA
Employment Status: Ongoing (subject to probation) / Full Time. Part time applicants will be considered.
Classification and Salary range: Organiser Level 1 - 2, $88,988.38 - $114,936.38 per annum (includes Organiser Expense Allowance paid as salary) + 15.4% superannuation.
Position reports to: Lead Organiser and Team Leader. (Noting there are also supervisory responsibilities to the WA Regional Secretary).

The primary function of this role is to develop and implement effective campaigns and strategies to assist members to bring about positive change in their workplaces.
