As the Senior Industrial Officer with the CPSU/CSA, you will provide advice and representation to union members in relation to their terms and conditions of employment. You will supervise a team of Industrial Officers (some of which may be lawyers). You will be exposed to all elements of the employment contract, interpretation and enforcement of public sector industrial instruments and representation before State and Federal industrial relations tribunals and courts.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience in industrial relations, possess advocacy skills and have the ability to manage a varied caseload. The successful applicant will have leadership skills and be able to lead and manage a team.
