THE ROLE

As an Organiser you will work closely with members and workplace leaders to develop and implement plans to create change.

You will inspire and empower others to take on leadership roles and provide a development pathway to achieve results.

You will use your conversation skills to recruit new members to the Union and support Delegates in negotiations with employers.

In this role you will support training to Delegates and members.

We are looking for interesting, independent thinkers and doers who want to make a difference.
