About the Role
The Digital Platform Manager is an integral part of the Marketing team, overseeing and optimising the organisation's digital marketing ecosystem, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for supporters, donors, and families. You will connect and integrate key digital channels, including the website, EDM, and analytics, by managing strategy, execution, and performance. You will lead a small team, with two direct reports.
- Work on continuous website optimisation for improved user experience
- Target and personalise EDM campaigns and

Experience and Knowledge
- 5+ years' experience in digital platform management, including website builds, email marketing and analytics
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platform
- A thorough understanding of all facets of email marketing, including list health, deliverability, automation, and performance tracking
- Strong understanding of data segmentation for email marketing with the ability to optimise audience data for highly targeted and effective campaigns
- Experience in customer journey mapping, including analysing and optimising the end-to-end user experience to enhance engagement and conversion
- Demonstrated experience in managing content management systems (CMS), including WordPress
- Proven ability to assess, scope, and implement website changes to enhance user experience and functionality
- Demonstrated experience optimising digital platforms to improve UX, increase engagement and support business objectives
- Functional knowledge of Javascript, HTML and CSS a bonus
- Strong analytical skills and campaign reporting, with a proven ability to interpret data to drive growth
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and ability to interpret traffic data, user behaviours and performance metrics
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices to improve website performance.
- Experience leading a small team and fostering collaboration
- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma for website and digital campaign design
Preferred
- Experience managing iOS and Android app listings via App Store Connect and Google Play Console
- Understanding of Salesforce APIs and how they integrate with other platforms.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in information technology, web development, digital marketing, communications, or a related discipline.

- Results driven and passion for the digital marketing industry and EDM strategy with a high awareness of emerging trends in the industry
- Highly organised, with exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage a high-volume workload under tight deadlines. A proactive and adaptable approach, with the willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
