Your next opportunity 

Our beautiful centre is now looking for an Administrative Assistant who is passionate about working alongside children in their early years and will contribute to a team that values open communication and sees children as competent and capable learners.

The Administration Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Centre Director with administrative and financial functions, which may include maintaining records/data bases, accurately recording the attendance of children and staff, scheduling tours for families and more. 

Position Hours

This position is 15 hours per fortnight. Working 3 hours every Thursday to Friday and every second Wednesday. For the remainder of Term 2 we require the successful applicant to work 20 hours per week, 4 hours Monday to Friday. These hours may continue into Term 3.

You will need to hold, or be willing to enrol and work towards

  • Qualification in business administration or related course is preferred but not essential
  • Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card 
  • A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one
