C&K Moranbah Community Kindergarten, has a position for an experienced Clerical/Administration Assistant to join the Kindergarten on a Part time basis commencing in January 2021. Within this role we are also looking for someone who is currently in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, either working as an educator or clerical, however this is not essential for this position.
At our C&K Moranbah Community Kindergarten and Preschool Centre your role is to support the Director and the Kindergarten with administration and financial matter; such as creating and maintaining child enrolment records and waitlist information, collecting data for QLD Kindergarten Funding Scheme (QKFS) validation and application of Health Care Card subsidies, retaining accurate attendance records for children and generate child data reports, file maintenance and archiving as well as other administrative duties as needed.
Ideally you will be flexible and have great organisational and time management skills, flexible and willing to support the Kindergarten with open day events, community events and other administrative duties for the educators and service when required.
As the Clerical you will be a part of a Centre which supports 3 Kindergarten units with 132 children in total and has been a proud member of the Moranbah community for over 60 years.
You will be required to work 20 hours a week, starting on the 18th January 2021. You may be required to commence sooner for induction and training.
As an administration clerical at the centre, you will be given training and support to assist you with your onboarding.
