About the Role

As a Social Worker at Croften Care, you’ll work with individuals and families with complex support needs through both individual therapeutic work and group programs. This is a diverse role, ideal for someone who enjoys:

  • Building trusted relationships with clients and their networks
  • Supporting group-based programs with our Program Coordinators
  • Delivering person-centred support under the NDIS
  • Facilitating parenting and play-based interventions (e.g. Circle of Security, Play Therapy)
  • Working in the community and at our offices in Rose Park and western Adelaide

Don’t have Play Therapy or Circle of Security training yet? No worries — we’ll support your learning and development!

What You’ll Need

  • A degree in Social Work or allied health (with relevant professional membership e.g. AASW, SPA, OTA, AHPRA)
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centred care principles
  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
  • Required clearances: WWCC, Child Safe Environments, Disability, Vulnerable Persons, NDIS Worker Orientation
  • Commitment to social justice, advocacy, and strength-based practice
  • Great communication skills and adaptability
