The Community Services Directorate (CSD), Housing Assistance division is looking for knowledgeable, skilled, motivated and experienced individuals with a tenancy support background to join the Client Services Branch, Tenant Experience team who support the management of public housing tenancies.
As a Housing Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing specialist advice, information, support coordination and tenancy management services for public housing tenants who may be experiencing complex issues that impact their ability to sustain their tenancy. In this role you will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team, engage directly with clients to understand the supports and services they may need to connect to sustain their tenancy or meet their personal wellbeing needs.
