Working with Community Services Directorate (CSD) offers you the opportunity to directly contribute to supporting the Canberra Community. Housing Assistance is responsible for the provision and management of public housing services in the Territory, in addition to homelessness services, community housing, housing policy and asset management. With an aim to be an innovative and effective social housing provider and responsive to the needs of its clients while fostering a safe strong and cohesive community.
We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Client Engagement Officer to join our team. The successful applicants will be responsible for assisting in addressing more complex presentations, engaging, training and mentoring new staff and building relationships across the Branch and organisation. Consistent online and phone communication and engagement is also a key requirement of the role.
