The Community Services Directorate (CSD), Housing Assistance division is looking for a knowledgeable, connected, motivated and qualified individuals with a case coordination background to join the Client Services Branch, Tenant Experience team that supports the management of public housing tenancies.
As a Tenant Support Community Connections Officer, you will play a critical role in providing specialist advice, information, support and case coordination for public housing tenants who may be experiencing acritical event or complex issues that impact their ability to sustain their tenancy. In this role you will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team, to mentor staff and engage directly with clients to understand the supports and services they may need to connect to sustain their tenancy or meet their personal wellbeing needs.
