​About the role

As the Office Manager at Currie you will help manage the day-to-day operations of our office, and create a smooth and efficient work environment. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting the team in day-to-day activities, maintaining our office systems, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

This role is 0.4 FTE (2 days a week part time permanent). While we are a hybrid working place, due to the nature of this role the two working days will need to be in office.

What you will do

  • Manage office and administrative processes across the businesses, identifying and implementing ongoing improvements
  • Coordinate and provide administrative support to the consulting team
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless integration of new tools and systems
  • Serve as the first point of contact for basic IT issues (password resets, software permissions)
  • Manage office inventory, suppliers, and software licences and subscriptions
  • Liaise with external IT support for complex troubleshooting
  • Maintain clean, productive and welcoming office space
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Assist in organising team events and wellbeing initiatives as directed by the management team

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent administration skills with proven experience in office management or a related field
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams) and Sharepoint
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in a team environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • An ability to work independently to solve problems and identify improvements.
