Lead a landmark energy resilience project delivering real impact in regional communities.
The Central Victorian Greenhouse Alliance (CVGA) is seeking a purpose-driven, experienced Project Manager to lead our Powering Resilience in the Regions project—bringing solar and battery systems to community hubs across Victoria to support resilience during extreme weather and power outages.
This is a unique opportunity to work across regional Victoria with local governments, contractors, and community stakeholders to deliver infrastructure that supports climate adaptation and energy resilience.
CVGA is a not-for-profit alliance of 13 councils working together since 2003 on collaborative climate and energy projects. Our mission is to create a climate positive region by 2035, supporting councils to reduce emissions and build community resilience. Learn more at www.cvga.org.au
The Powering Resilience in the Regions project is funded through the Victorian Government’s 100 Neighbourhood Batteries Fund. It will deliver behind-the-meter solar PV and battery storage systems to 11 community sites across 10 local government areas, creating energy resilience hubs that can operate independently during grid outages.
