Join Us in Driving Change

As the peak body for women's specialist domestic and family violence services, community-based women’s health services, and sexual assault services, we work with community sector organisations, governments, private enterprise and the WA community to advocate for systemic change and ensure women's voices shape policy, legislation, and services. Preventing Violence Together (PVT) is a key initiative within CWSW, dedicated to the primary prevention of men’s violence against women. Through workforce development, systemic advocacy, community mobilisation, and evaluation, PVT builds the capacity of individuals, organisations, and institutions to prevent gender-based violence before it occurs.

We are looking for a Project and Events Officer to join our team. This role is integral to the delivery of the PVT program and will support CWSW’s leadership team in planning and coordinating high-profile events such as the annual March to End Family and Domestic Violence.

  • Engage with Stakeholders – Build and maintain relationships with diverse partners, contributing to collaborative and effective program delivery.
  • Ensure Compliance – Identify and mitigate risks, support financial management within budget constraints, and contribute to reporting and acquittals.
