Dandelion Support Network Inc is looking for an experienced and passionate Partnerships and Events Manager to drive income generation. As a not for profit who receives no formal recurring funding, this role is critical to the financial sustainability of the organisation and will be an integral member of our small team.

We are looking for someone to build on existing relationships, establish new ones and to grow our income, our supporter base and our profile and lead our annual fundraising event. You will also lead and manage our corporate volunteering program, overseeing the process from enquiry, their on-site experience and beyond.

You will be a creative and strategic thinker who can make ideas come to life and drive results with a hands-on approach. We are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do and who can convince others to share and support this passion.

Dandelion Support Network Inc. (Dandelion) is a grassroots not-for-profit that provides pre-loved baby and children’s items to families in need that are essential for safety, well-being and development. The items are donated by the community and the Dandelion team sort, clean and safety check the donations before passing them on to other community service agencies.

The families Dandelion support face a range of challenges, most with very complex needs who find themselves in a particularly vulnerable position. The needs include mental health issues, experiencing domestic violence; living with disability, homelessness or at risk of homelessness or starting fresh as a refugee. The assistance from Dandelion can be life changing for these families.
