Youth and Family Services are seeking a highly skilled professional to join their team.

The Family Support Case Manager will work within a multi-disciplinary team and have experience in the provision of support services to vulnerable families.

The position will:

  • Demonstrated understanding of case management to families referred through Child FIRST and Child Protection.
  • Knowledge of children’s development when working with vulnerable families and relevant understanding of the frameworks and legislation regarding child safety and parenting
  • Experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of group programs for children, young people and parents.
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise and work cooperatively with a wide range of community organisations, services providers, supporting vulnerable families within a culturally diverse community.

In accordance with government requirements, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate evidence of an approved COVID-19 vaccination or authorised medical exemption.
