About the Role

In this role you will support senior clients and their carers with:

• Domestic Assistance: vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and toilets, changing bed linen, clothes washing, dusting and ironing in line with the client’s service plan
• Personal Care: showering, dressing, grooming
• Shopping Support and Individual Social Support: escorting clients on community outings e.g. shopping trips, excursions, lunches, appointments
• Food Preparation: light meal preparation and serving of meals
• Maintain client independence and safety: Monitor the well-being of clients and report any significant changes in health, behaviour, social conditions

Skills & Experience

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
• Victorian Drivers licence
• Own vehicle for work use (comprehensively insured)
• Current Level 2 First Aid/CPR training certificate
• Current employee Working with Children Card
